    Before you jump in.

    Will it be the same tech every week?

    Yes. You get one tech on one day of the week. If they're ever out sick, you get a text with who's covering before anyone shows up.

    How do I know you actually came?

    Every visit ends with a text: arrival and departure time, what we did, your chlorine and pH readings, and a photo of the water. No photo, no charge.

    Are chemicals included?

    Routine chemicals are included in every plan. Big one-time fixes like a green rescue or an acid wash are quoted up front before we do anything.

    Do you work on screened-in pools?

    Most of our pools are under a cage. Just leave the screen door unlocked on your service day, or give us a gate code.

    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. No contracts. Text us and we'll stop at the end of the month.

    Do you fix pumps and heaters too?

    We do. Your tech checks your equipment every visit and flags anything that sounds off, with a photo and a price, before it fails on a holiday weekend.
