Let's be honest

You've heard the stories.

They took the deposit and disappeared. We lived under a blue tarp for six months. Nobody called back after the storm. Nobody. Insurance says our roof is too old, and now what?

01

We answer. Every time.

A person or Skye, our 24/7 receptionist, picks up in under a minute. No voicemail maze, no "we'll get back to you."

02

Dry by dark.

Storm damage gets tarped the same day. Full replacements are dried in before the crew leaves, so your house is never open to the sky overnight.

03

Paperwork, handled.

Photos, measurements, and a wind mitigation report your insurer actually accepts. No money down until your materials are in your driveway.

Roofs we build

Built for the next hurricane, not the last one.

Every roof goes on to Florida's high-wind code with sealed decking and ring-shank nails, so it holds when the gusts hit 130.

Ask SkyeCall us
Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. You pay nothing until your materials are delivered to your driveway. If we don't show up, you haven't lost a dime.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We inspect, photograph, and send you the report. You owe us nothing, and the report is yours to keep or give to another roofer.

My insurer says my roof is too old. What now?

Florida law lets a qualified inspector certify that a roof 15 years or older still has life left. If yours does, we write that report for free. If it doesn't, we'll give you a straight quote and help you time the replacement with your renewal.

Will you work with my insurance claim?

Yes. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and send the paperwork your carrier asks for. You stay in charge of your claim.

How long does a new roof take?

Most homes take one or two days once the permit is approved. Tile can take a few more. Your roof is always dried in before we leave for the night.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, with plans from 12 to 120 months for qualified homeowners. We'll walk you through the options at your inspection.
