When should I arrive?
Thirty minutes early. That's time for a robe, a foot soak, and a cup of tea before anyone asks anything of you.
What do I wear?
We give you a robe and sandals. Swimwear is required in the bathhouse. For treatments, wear whatever you're comfortable in.
Can I bring my phone?
Lockers are in the changing room. The bathhouse and garden are phone-free, so everyone gets the quiet they came for.
What about gratuity?
It's never expected. If you'd like to, you can leave it on the card at checkout or in an envelope at the front desk.
