Solar, finally explained.

Ocala's no-pressure solar company. No door-knocking, ever.

Your roof catches free power every day.We turn it into a smaller bill. And we show you the math before you sign anything.

01 · How solar works

Watch one day on a solar home.

Drag the clock, change the weather, take the battery away. Everything on the right updates live, so you can see where the power goes at every hour.

Rough estimate. Assumes power at 15¢ per kWh rising 3% a year, panels losing 0.5% a year, a $15 utility connection fee that never goes away, and $2.75 per watt installed. Loan math uses 6.99% over 20 years. Florida doesn't charge sales tax on solar equipment, and solar doesn't raise your property tax. We'll check any other incentives with you before you sign.

03 · Myth or fact

Things your uncle told you about solar.

Tap a card to flip it. Some of these are true, and we'll say so.

04 · Roof planner

Put the panels on yourself.

Tap spots on this roof to place panels. Watch how much more a south-facing panel makes than a north one. That's why direction matters.

Try tapping a spot on the bottom (south) side of the roof first.

05 · Hurricane season

The power's out. How long do you last?

Pick what you'd keep running on one 13.5 kWh home battery. Big stuff drains it fast, and that's worth knowing before June.

07 · What you get

One crew, start to finish. No subcontractors.

All-black panels, 25-year warranty

Clean-looking panels that blend into a dark roof. Each one has its own monitor, so one shady panel doesn't drag down the rest.

Optional. It stores your extra afternoon power for the evening and runs the essentials when a storm knocks out the grid.

09 · Questions

Ask us anything.

Paid-off panels go with the house and usually help it sell. If you have a loan, you can pay it off at closing or the buyer can take it over. We'll send your agent a one-page summary.

Only if yours has less than about ten years left. We'll check during the design. If it's close, it's cheaper to replace it before the panels go up than to pull them off later.

Florida law doesn't let an HOA ban solar outright. They can ask for a specific roof face, as long as it doesn't cut your production much. We file the HOA request for you.

Incentives change, so our calculator doesn't count on any of them. When we build your quote, we'll tell you what applies on the day you sign and show the price with and without it.

Never. We don't buy leads, we don't do door-to-door, and we won't call you unless you ask us to. That's most of why we exist.

Thirty years or more. They slowly lose a little output, about half a percent a year, and the warranty guarantees at least 87% after 25 years.
