The guides
Notes from the people who show the houses.
-
Windermere1 residence
A small town at the edge of a chain of clear lakes, west of Orlando. People move here for the water and stay for how quiet the evenings are.
-
Isleworth1 residence
A gated golf community on the western lakes of the Butler Chain, known for privacy, long setbacks and very little traffic.
-
Winter Park1 residence
Red brick streets, canopy oaks and a chain of lakes you can cross by boat, a short drive north of downtown Orlando.
-
Bay Hill1 residence
Golf country southwest of the city: houses along fairways and ponds, ten minutes from the restaurants on Sand Lake Road.
-
Dr. Phillips1 residence
Big Sand Lake, quiet cul-de-sacs and the restaurants of Sand Lake Road, on ground named for a citrus grower whose groves once covered it.
-
Golden OakOff-market only
Gated and very private, close to the theme parks. We work here off-market only, so nothing in Golden Oak is listed publicly.
-
Lake Nona1 residence
The newest corner of the region: modern houses, a medical campus, long trails and lakes edged with cypress, a short drive from the airport.
-
Mount Dora1 residence
A hill town above Lake Dora, north of Orlando, with Victorian houses, Florida farmhouses and citrus on the slopes.
-
Lake Mary1 residence
Calm, green and close to the Sanford airport, with established golf communities and large wooded lots.
