A low stone and glass house on a rise above the ninth fairway, built so the morning mist on the course is the first thing you see.
Fairway Nine is a low house of limestone and glass on a slight rise above the ninth fairway, built so that the first thing you see in the morning is the mist lifting off the course and the pond. Everything is on one level, with walls of sliding glass that open the great room to a travertine terrace and pool.
The plan keeps the guest bedrooms in one wing and the primary suite in the other, at the quiet end of the house. A study by the entry looks onto a small courtyard planted with sabal palms.

The evening here
Faces west.
The terrace looks west down the fairway. After the last groups come through, the course goes quiet and the evening light runs low and gold across the grass.

We have chosen the house for you. Pick a day, and we will suggest arriving an hour before sunset.
Thank you.
This is a concept site, so nothing was sent and no one will call. In a working build, an advisor would confirm by text within the hour.
